The delivery time of an order depends on the product ordered. For example, there are products that are delivered the next day, while others have a longer delivery time. For example, an item that falls into the “tomorrow at home” category will be delivered the next day. A custom photo painting has an average delivery time of 1-4 weeks. Please check the information about the delivery time of a specific product before placing an order.
Each item has its own cancellation policy. For instance, if you have ordered a custom-made picture, you can cancel it without any cost within two hours of placing the order. However, if production has already begun, the order cannot be canceled. On the other hand, standard paintings can be canceled before they are shipped. It is important to review the cancellation policy of a particular product before making a purchase, so you are aware of the terms.
All our paintings are created from in-house production. We use the latest machinery and expertise to create the finest paintings by numbers in the industry. We ship every order ourselves from our warehouse in Luton!
