If you’re not pleased with your purchase, please reach out to us at for assistance. We’ll do our best to find a resolution and will respond to your email within a 24-36 hour window.

To qualify for a refund or exchange, the item being returned must be in its original condition, complete with labels and tags, and there must be clear evidence of damage upon arrival. Any product showing signs of use will not be eligible.

Please note that the following items are not returnable:
Customized paintings created using your own photo
Damaged products that have been used
Standard paintings larger than 40x60cm in size.

If you wish to terminate your purchase, you have a window of 2 hours after placing the order to do so. Send a mail to and in the subject line, include the phrase “CANCEL ORDER” and your order number.

It is not possible to cancel after the 2 hour period has passed. Unfortunately, if the production process has already begun, custom-made paintings cannot be cancelled as the resources and time invested have already been utilized.

If you’ve had a change of heart about your purchase, no worries – simply return the item to us in its original, unused, and fully functional condition, with all original packaging intact. It’s important to note that you will be responsible for covering the cost of the return. Before sending your item back, be sure to reach out to our customer service team via email at and include “RETURN” and your order number in the subject line.

Please note, it is important to wait for confirmation from customer service before returning your item and do not refuse delivery at your doorstep as this will prevent us from receiving the item and issuing a refund. Custom-made items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

We apologize for any inconvenience you may be experiencing with your order. While we strive to provide excellent service, we understand that mistakes can happen.

When it comes to a damaged item, it refers to an issue that renders the product unusable to the customer. This can include things like a torn canvas, receiving the wrong item, or a broken or damaged frame. In these cases, we will work to replace the item and make it right.

On the other hand, certain issues may not be considered damaged items. For example, if your canvas has wrinkles from shipping, it can often be fixed by ironing or stretching it. If a paint or accessory is missing, we will be happy to send it to you. Additionally, if the box your order was shipped in was damaged during transit, it is not eligible for compensation. The box’s purpose is to protect the item inside and is not required for the product to be used. If some numbers are missing from a painting by numbers, we will gladly send paint so that you can complete it.
