Read the information and conditions below carefully. To ensure that everything runs smoothly, it is important that you only submit an application if you agree to the conditions and can comply with them.

What do you receive?
If your application is approved, you may choose from a maximum of 2 mini Paint by Numbers sets or 3 regular Paint by Numbers designs. Fill in your address details with your applicationPlease indicate which sets you would like to receive.

In exchange for these free products, we expect content in return that we can use for our marketing channels. The goal is for you and your friends to have a pleasant evening, while fun and useful content is also recorded in a natural way.

The intention is not for the entire evening to revolve solely around content, but for sufficient attention to be paid to creating good images of the experience and the products.

Conditions free girls' night

1. Participation
By submitting an applicationyou declare that you are 18 years or older and agree to these terms and conditions.

2. What you receive
Upon approval you will receive up to 2 mini sets or 3 regular Paint by Numbers designs free of charge, subject to availability and approval by our shop.

3. Consideration
The free products are provided solely in exchange for content. This is not a non-binding giveaway, but a collaboration in which we supply products and you supply content in return.

4. Minimum content requirements
To comply with the collaboration, we expect at least the following:

• 2 to short vertical video of the girls' night, the painting moment, the end results and the girls together
• 3 to 5 separate usable video fragments of the product in use, accessories and paint.
• clear images of the package, unpacking, paintingand the final result
• content in good quality, with sufficient light and a neat, well-groomed appearance

5. Delivery period
The content must be completed within 21 days after receiving the package are supplied, unless otherwise agreed in writing in advance.

6. Content idea or briefing
When applying, please indicate:

• whether you have your own content idea
• or that you would like to receive a content letter from us and follow it

If you choose a content letter from us, we expect it to be imitated as closely as possible.

7. Quality and usability
The content must be useful for marketing purposes. This means that images must be sharp, sufficiently exposed and relevant. Content that does not meet the agreed minimum quality or content does not automatically count as complete delivery.

8. Use of content
By providing content, you give our shop permission to use this content for organic social media, advertisements, website use and other marketing communications, unless otherwise agreed in writing in advance.

9. Non-delivery or late delivery
If the content is not delivered within the agreed period, or if the conditions are not met after a reminder, we reserve the right to charge the full value of the products received and any shipping costs.

10. Reminder and final term
Whencontent is not delivered on time, you will first receive one reminder with an additional period of 7 days to still meet the conditions.

11. Abuse or incorrect information
In the event of misuse, incomplete information or conscious failure to comply with the agreements, we may refuse the request or invoice the value of the package.

12. Request approval
We always reserve the right to accept or reject requests without further explanation.
