After placing an order on our website, you will arrive at the thank you page where you can see your order number. Shortly afterwards you will receive an order confirmation email, which also contains your order number.

You can easily place an order in a few steps. In the unlikely event that you are unable to reach an agreement, we are of course always ready to help you or place the order for you. Do you need help? Please contact us directly at info@paintingbynumbers-expert.co.uk.

How do you place an order?

Step 1: Choose your product
Select the desired product and place the product in your shopping cart by pressing the green order button. You can now continue shopping at your leisure, or go directly to "checkout". The product you selected is now in your shopping cart.

Step 2:Shopping cart
You will always find your shopping cart at the top of the page, wherever you are in our shop. When you have finished shopping, go to your shopping cart and choose "place order". Do you want to change the products in your shopping cart? This can easily be done by removing the product completely or by pressing - or +.

Step 3: Login & address details
Are you already a Painting by Numbers Expert customer? Then log in with your login details. Your address details have already been filled in automatically. Are you ordering from Painting by Numbers Expert for the first time? Then enter your address details and do a final checkyour details have been entered correctly. It would be a shame if your order was delivered a street away.

Step 4: Payment method
Select your preferred payment method here. Please note, some payment methods may incur additional charges.

Klarna secure checkout: pay within 14 days of receiving the items. Only possible where available.
iDeal: via the trusted online payment environment of your bank
PayPal: easy and fast payment, you do not have to enter contact details, because these are known to PayPal.
Bancontact: via your bank's trusted online payment environment. Only possible where available.
Belfius: via your bank's trusted online payment environment. Only possible where available.
KBC: via your bank's trusted online payment environment. Only possible where available.
Transfer: no time now? Pay later via onetransfer. An email will be sent via email with instructions on how to pay.

Only custom photo orders can be adjusted. Standard designs are processed quickly by our fulfilment team.

We are sorry that your order did not arrive within the expected delivery time associated with your order. The expected delivery time is our best estimate of when your package will arrive.

Orders with your own photo will be delivered within approximately 20 days in the UK. Once you have received a track & trace code for your own photo, it takes an average of 10 days to deliver your package. Have you not received a track & trace code after 10 days? Don't panic! It may take a few days longer.

Delivery of a standard motif takes place within a maximum of 2 working days.

We're sorry, but we do not offer personal collection options. All orders are processed and shipped from our facility.

Unless otherwise stated in the confirmation email, all orders with a standard motif will be shipped quickly. Orders with your own photo are shipped within 10 days on average. Have you not received a track & trace code after 10 days? Don't panic! It may take a few days longer.

If you have just placed an order, please send us an email to info@paintingbynumbers-expert.co.uk with your order number and ask to change the address. Please note that once the order has been shipped it will probably no longer be possible to change the address.

It is possible that your track & trace code does not display any information. This often means that the delivery service has not yet processed the package. Check again after a few days.

If you notice that the paint in your Paint by Numbers kit has dried out, do not worry. There are simple ways to make the paint usable again.

Gebruik van water: For water-based paint, adding a few drops of water is often enough. Use a pipette or clean brush to add water to the paint pot, then stir well until the paint has the right consistency. Add more water drop by drop if needed.

Acrylic paint thinner: For acrylic paint, you can use a specialist acrylic paint thinner. Follow the instructions on the thinner for the correct ratio. Usually a few drops are enough to make the paint smooth again. Stir well after adding the thinner.

Warm waterbad: If the paint has become very hard, a warm water bath can help. Place the closed paint pot in a bowl of warm, not boiling, water for a few minutes. Then add water or thinner and stir well until the paint is usable again.

Goed mengen: Always mix the paint thoroughly after adding water or thinner. Use a clean brush, stirrer or toothpick so the paint becomes smooth and free of lumps.

Diamond painting is a fun and relaxing hobby, but it can be frustrating if you are missing drills needed to finish your artwork. Luckily, there are several steps you can take to solve this.

Zoek reserves bij andere diamond paintings: If you have several diamond painting kits, you can also check whether the missing drills are available in another kit. Many drills use standard sizes and colours, so they may help you finish your current project.

All payments on our website are processed via a secure server. Your personal and payment details are kept securely.

Usually yes. If this is not possible, it is due to one or more of the following factors:
- You are not from the UK
- Total amount of your order
- Type of items in your order
- Any unpaid invoices
- Number of orders you have previously placed with us
- 1 of your invoices has been transferred to a collection agency

If you revoke the agreement, receive you will receive all payments you have made up to that point, including delivery costs, without delay in any case no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision that you wish to revoke the agreement, back from us. If you only want part of your order If you return it, the delivery costs for the outward shipment will not be refunded. We are allowed wait with the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first.

Unfortunately, we can no longer accept returns on products that have been used, because we can no longer sell these products to other future consumers.

Yes, you have a reflection period of 14 days after receipt. Within the cooling-off period you can indicate that you wish to revoke the agreement. Then you still have 14 days to actually return the products

Sure. You can cancel as long as your item has not yet been shipped. You can send us a message that you want to cancel the order. But we work very quickly. As a result, your item is sometimes shipped before the cancellation request arrives. Of course you can return this upon receipt.

You must return the unwanted product(s) at your own expense. We strongly recommend that you return the product(s) via PostNL.

For all items you purchase from us, the legal warranty applies. Legal warranty means that a product is or must do what it does what the consumer can reasonably expect from it
