Return Policy

We handle returns on a case-by-case basis, with the ultimate goal of making our customers happy. We stand behind our products and services and want our customers to be satisfied. We make it a priority to take care of our customers and exceed their expectations.

Request your return or refund within 14 days of delivery. If for any reason a product has not arrived, please submit your refund request within 14 days of the most recent estimated delivery date. We are under no obligation to consider any request made outside 14 days of the date of delivery or last estimatedarrival date is posted.

Send us a message and then we will send you a form to return it. Returns will be refunded to the specified account number. Any costs, such as shipping, are for the buyer.

Used products and own photos cannot be returned.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled as long as they have not been shipped. If your order has already been processed, we cannot cancel it. You must return this for a refund.
